Outside Chop
Reverse Chop
You chop with the outside of the same foot. Nobody expects it, because your body is already leaning the other way.
Study holds every step and names it. Flow runs them together at speed. Space bar plays and pauses; arrow keys step one frame.

The five pictures from the book
Running with the ball, leaning one way on purpose.
Where the ball actually goes
The strip shows you; this shows the ball. Every turn in this book is a shape on the grass.
The shape the ball draws
At speed: push on, then chop it back hard.
Practise it — Lean and chop
8 each foot. Ask a friend which way they leaned.
Coach says
Lean one way. Chop the other.
Watch out
- Not leaning enough, so there is nothing to fool.
- Falling over because your feet are too close together.
