Where the ball actually goes

The strip shows you; this shows the ball. Every turn in this book is a shape on the grass.

The shape the ball draws

D 1 2 3 4 Seen from above · you start at the feet

Forward, hook it back across you, out the other way.

Practise it — Two-cone hooks

Coach says

Reach past the ball, then drag.

Watch out

  • Stopping the ball instead of dragging it.
  • Letting it run too far to reach.
